The base film thickness is about 100 microns, the coating thickness is about 20 microns, and the total thickness is about 120 microns. There may be a tolerance of 2-3 microns, which falls within the normal production error range.
3. Which one is more recommended compared to the waterproof milky white film?
If cost is not a concern and quality and usability are prioritized, the waterproof film is more recommended. It offers better ink absorption and can be reused due to its waterproof properties. If a very low-cost budget is required, this non-waterproof one can be chosen.
